Website Videos Made Easy

Online video usage continues to explode, with more and more people watching online videos. Luckily, video production is no longer cost prohibitive. If you have a newer iPhone or Samsung phone in your pocket, you have what it takes to make a simple video for your business.

So, what can you do with video? Well, you can shoot an overview video of your business, videos for each of your service/product offerings or, better yet, get your customers in front of the camera and have them do a video testimonial that you can add to your website.

The example customer testimonial video below was shot on an iPhone 7, using a basic tripod with one LED light mounted above. Aside from the phone, the equipment cost about $20 – so cheap!

All we did was setup the camera, hit record and let the chiropractic patient tell their story about their journey working with a local chiropractor. The raw video was about 5 minutes long, but using the built in video editor on the phone, we cut the testimonial down to about 2 minutes. From there, all we did was click a button to publish it to YouTube. Then we take that YouTube link and drop it into the website. And we’re done. Simple, inexpensive asset-building.
